If you want to make any changes in your web site such as Entering new post ,Editing ,etc login with your gmail id and password at www.blogspot.com .If you want to edit click on your dashboard and then click on Edit, make the changes you want and click on publish in order to display the changes you made click on publish.If its new post follow the same process by clicking on new post after you should have clicked on layout. Please make sure you always logout of your account after each login.
